Facilities & Services

This includes post-acute care facilities, long-term care communities, physical rehabilitation centers, and specialized recovery units. Each facility profile includes detailed information about services offered, specialties, amenities, and real-time bed availability.
All facilities on our platform must meet strict quality and regulatory standards. We verify state licenses, Medicare/Medicaid certifications, and review inspection reports. Facilities are regularly monitored for compliance, and we collect user feedback to ensure ongoing quality. Only facilities that maintain high standards remain active on our platform.
Yes! Most facilities offer tours for prospective patients and families. You can request a tour directly through the facility's profile page on ContigoU, or contact them using our messaging system. Virtual tours are also available at many locations for those who cannot visit in person.
Our partner facilities offer a wide range of specialized services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, wound care, cardiac rehabilitation, stroke recovery, orthopedic rehabilitation, and memory care. Use our advanced search filters to find facilities that specialize in your specific care needs.
Account & Registration

Click the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation bar, choose whether you're a patient, family member, or healthcare provider, and fill out the registration form with your basic information. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account. Once verified, you can access all platform features including saving favorite facilities and tracking your booking history.
Yes! ContigoU offers family accounts that allow you to manage care for multiple family members from a single login. After creating your account, you can add family members through your dashboard. Each family member has their own profile where you can store medical information, preferences, and track their individual care journey.
Click the "Login" button and select "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.
Booking & Scheduling

Our bed management system is updated regularly by healthcare providers, so you're always seeing the most current information when making care decisions.
Absolutely. Many of our users are family members coordinating care for loved ones. You can create a family account that allows you to manage bookings for multiple family members. The platform includes features for adding notes about specific care needs, preferences, and medical requirements to ensure the best match between patient and facility.
To book a facility through our platform, you'll typically need basic patient information (name, date of birth, contact details), insurance information, a brief description of care needs, and preferred admission date. Each facility may have additional requirements, which will be clearly outlined during the booking process.
Life happens, and care needs can change. You can modify or cancel bookings directly through your ContigoU account. Each facility has its own policies regarding changes and cancellations, which are clearly displayed during booking. Our customer service team is also available to help if you need assistance with any changes to your care plans.
Booking windows vary by facility, but most accept bookings anywhere from immediate admission to several months in advance. For planned procedures or transitions, we recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead to ensure availability at your preferred facilities. Emergency or urgent admissions can often be accommodated same-day through our platform.
Payment & Insurance
(4)ContigoU is free for patients and families to use. There are no fees for searching facilities or booking appointments through our platform. Our goal is to make healthcare access as equitable and straightforward as possible for everyone who needs care.
ContigoU partners with facilities that accept a wide range of insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, and most major private insurance providers. Each facility profile shows which insurance plans they accept. You can filter your search results by insurance type to find facilities that work with your specific coverage.
Facility profiles on ContigoU include estimated daily rates and pricing information where available. Actual costs may vary based on level of care needed, insurance coverage, and specific services required. We recommend contacting facilities directly or using our messaging system to get detailed cost estimates for your specific situation.
While ContigoU doesn't directly provide financial assistance, we help connect you with facilities that offer various payment options and assistance programs. Many partner facilities have financial counselors who can help you understand your coverage, payment options, and potentially qualify for assistance programs.
Technical Support

Your data is only shared with the facilities you choose to contact or book with, and you maintain control over your information at all times. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
ContigoU works on all modern web browsers including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Our platform is fully responsive and works on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of your preferred browser.
